When will my order arrive?

All orders generally ship same day or next business day, although we try hardest to abide by that in rare circumstances it may take up to three business days to ship. Once shipped allow 2-4 business days for delivery. If you pay with an eCheck (routing number and account number) it can take up to 4 business days for your eCheck to clear. Once you have had an eCheck clear once, future orders paid with the same bank account will ship immediately. Orders paid for with venmo, cash app, zelle or cryptocurrencies will be processed immediately upon payment. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package and the delivery day.

What postal carrier can I expect?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship first class mail for orders weighing under 16 oz and priority mail for all other orders. First class mail takes 2-4 days for delivery and priority takes 2-3 days for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders $19.99 and over and costs $3.75 for orders under $19.99.

Where do you ship to?

At this time we only ship within the United States and due to state laws we are unable to ship to Rhode Island, Indiana, Wisconsin, Vermont, Arkansas, Alabama, Washington DC, Alton (IL), Sarasota County (FL), and San Diego (CA).

Question 5

My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.

In the case that your order says delivered but you have not received it we recommend talking to the postal worker on your route and/or your neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house or accidentally get marked as delivered by the postal worker but are actual still in possession of the postal company. We have seen packages show up days later after they say delivered. We are sorry but we do not replace lost or stolen items. We can file a missing package report through the postal company and if it was shipped through priority mail there is $50 insurance on the package.

My product was damaged, what do I do?

Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com. We will then send you a replacement of the same product at no cost.

Question 7

I am dissatisfied with my product, how do I return it?

Accepted Answer

Email HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com a return request within 30 days of product delivery. You will then be asked to mail your product return to: H.S.H., PO Box 10192, Truckee, C.A. 96162. All returns must be sent with the original product, in the original packaging with at least half the product quantity left in order to qualify for a refund. High Sierra Herbals reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns. Sorry we do not except refunds on bulk orders 1 kilo and over. We offer free samples so that you can ensure the quality of our products before placing a bulk order.

I ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it?

In the case that you order the wrong product, email HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com and we will send you instructions for exchanging products. Note you will be charged a $10 restocking fee and are responsible for providing and paying the shipping back to High Sierra Herbals. All exchanges are for a different product of equal or lesser value. Products must be unopened, untampered with and in original new condition. High Sierra Herbals reserves the right to deny any product exchanges that are not in the original new condition. We will not reship any exchanges if they are not in original unopened new condition.

How do eChecks work? Are they safe?

eChecks are an electronically generated check. They work just like a normal check, except they are generated for you through our merchant processor, Green.Money. All you need to provide is your routing number, account number, billing address and phone number. This information is securely encrypted and goes through a strict verification process through Green.Money. Your information is never shared with anyone besides the merchant processor, no one, even at High Sierra Herbals can ever see any of your banking information.

Question 10

There are no directions for use on the label.

Kratom has not been approved by the FDA. Therefore we cannot put any directions for use on our kratom products and must put a warning label on them.

Question 11

There are so many different kinds of kratom. Which one fits my needs?

We have written a brief description of each product describing the aroma that it creates. You can read the article "Strain Information" in our kratom guide to get a better understanding of what the different colors and strains mean. All information is based on personal experience and the experience of others and has not been evaluated by the FDA or any doctor and makes no claims to help, treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any diseases or ailment. It is for informational purposes only and you should always consult a physician before using any supplement.
