Returns and Refunds
My product was damaged, what do I do?
Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com. We will then send you a replacement of the same product at no cost.
I am dissatisfied with my product, how do I return it?
Email HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com a return request within 30 days of product delivery. You will then be asked to mail your product return to:

All returns must be sent with the original product, in the original packaging with at least half the product quantity left in order to qualify for a refund. High Sierra Herbals reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns. Sorry we do not accept refunds on bulk orders 1 kilo and over. We offer free samples so that you can ensure the quality of our products before placing a bulk order.
We also do exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the product you received. We do not do exchanges on free products that we send out as samples or prizes.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be sent to you via the same way you paid for your order. Upon inspection of your return, payment through venmo, zelle, cash app and cryptocurrencies will be sent immediately while eChecks may take up to 4 days for your account to be credited back the full amount of your order.
I ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it?
In the case that you order the wrong product, email HighSierraHerbals@gmail.com and we will send you instructions for exchanging products. Note you will be charged a $10 restocking fee and are responsible for providing and paying the shipping back to High Sierra Herbals. All exchanges are for a different product of equal or lesser value. Products must be unopened, untampered with and in original new condition. High Sierra Herbals reserves the right to deny any product exchanges that are not in the original new condition. We will not reship any exchanges if they are not in original unopened new condition.
