Shipping
When will my order arrive?
All orders generally ship same day or next business day, although we try hardest to abide by that in rare circumstances it may take up to three business days to ship. Once shipped allow 2-4 business days for delivery. If you pay with an eCheck (routing number and account number) it can take up to 4 business days for your eCheck to clear. Once you have had an eCheck clear once, future orders paid with the same bank account will ship immediately. Orders paid for with venmo, cash app, zelle or cryptocurrencies will be processed immediately upon payment. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package and the delivery day.
What postal carrier can I expect?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship first class mail for orders weighing under 16 oz and priority mail for all other orders. First class mail takes 2-4 days for delivery and priority takes 2-3 days for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders $49.99 and up or $5 for first class shipping and $8.50 for priority shipping

Where don't you ship to?
We do not ship to the following areas where kratom is banned: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE (21+ kratom leaf and powder only), VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND multiple counties in MS. We do not ship internationally. No card transactions are allowed for international shipping. Within the US, we do not ship CBD to Kansas, NY or LA.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.
In the case that your order says delivered but you have not received it we recommend talking to the postal worker on your route and/or your neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house or accidentally get marked as delivered by the postal worker but are actual still in possession of the postal company. We have seen packages show up days later after they say delivered. We are sorry but we do not replace lost or stolen items. We can file a missing package report through the postal company and if it was shipped through priority mail there is $50 insurance on the package.
