One of the biggest concerns you hear from the media is that you don't know what you are getting when you buy kratom. Having companies in the past who have sold kratom that contained salmonella have given a bad light on kratom and kratom vendors. Safety and quality are our biggest concerns at High Sierra Herbals, that is why we test our kratom. Our kratom has been tested for heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury) and biological contaminants (yeast, mold, coliforms, e. coli, salmonella and staphylococcus). High Sierra Herbals kratom passed all the tests, even the strict California prop 65 heavy metals test. We will continue to test each batch of kratom as it is received and will not sell a single bag until we know that the kratom has passed these tests.
